We give our clients a chance to explore an out of court settlement through arbitration, reconciliation, mediation and adjudication. Mr Humphrey Njuguna and Henry Kimani are senior members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK- Kenya Branch) and have a wealth of experience in commercial dispute resolution. ADR is anchored in our constitution via Article 159(1) (c).
